WHERE DOES THIS STEM FROM, WHAT DOES IT REMIND ME OF

Kind of gives a whole new 'understanding' of what HELL is and WHY JESUS [OR THOSE IN THAT ERA, THE SLAVES AND OPPRESSED] spoke so much about HELL AND LACK OF WATER.
And before I go on, let me say, I'm just AS GUILTY, and this has been an issue that has been on my mind for several months, that and FOOD WASTE, but that I'll leave for another series. Anyway...while we confront misogyny on so many levels, I feel that we in the PRIVILEGED WEST, PARTICULARLY 'WHITE WOMEN' neglect to realize, that for BILLIONS OF WOMEN around the world, the FIRST INDICATOR OF OPPRESSIVE MISOGYNY IS IN FACT,
THE LACK OF WATER AND THE BARRIERS TO THAT WATER, BY RELIGIONS, POLITICAL SYSTEMS, MEN, WAR, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY RESOURCE AND ECONOMIC 'LAND MISUSE' WHICH IS 'DELIBERATE' AND HOW,
THAT ALL OF THESE ARE IN FACT, HAVE BEEN, WILLFUL AND DELIBERATELY 'CONTRIBUTED' BY NONE OTHER THAN THE IMPERIALIST RELIGIOUS [INCLUDING ISLAM] WEST AND MIDDLE EAST [AND BY ELITES IN ASIA/ELSEWHERE], ALL IN ALL, IT APPEARS, TO BE QUITE EVIDENT
WHITE PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO WATER
WHICH INCLUDES 'WOMEN'
WHERE AS, WOMEN OF COLOR, NOT ONLY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS, THEIR ACCESS TO CLEAN DRINKING WATER [MUCH LESS BATHING] IS DELIBERATELY
DENIED TO THEM.
and sad to say, though it's truth, THE NUMBER ONE BARRIER TO THESE WOMEN AND CHILDREN TO WATER IS THE MEN THEMSELVES, THE MISOGYNIST BRUTAL SYSTEMS OF MALE SUPERIORITY AND HOW CHRISTIAN WEST AND ISLAMIC AS WELL AS JUDAIC RELIGIONS [AND HINDU] HAVE AIDED AND SUPPORTED AND MAINTAINED THESE SYSTEMS OF
WATER OPPRESSION
AND IN DOING SO, HAVE AIDED IN THE 'MURDER' OF MILLIONS OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
WE, AS WOMEN, CAN NO LONGER IGNORE THE 'GAP' BETWEEN HAVES AND HAVE NOT'S WHERE WATER IS CONCERNED. AND WE SURE AS HELL CANNOT DO IT,
AND CALL OUR SELVES
FEMINISTS.
HUMANS DIE WITHOUT WATER IN THREE DAYS....IT IS VITAL TO LIFE.
When I began to ponder on the use of water that I use, in baths, which are hate to say, are only one to three times a week [as I have cut them way down] so yea, I probably am a tad 'dirty' compared to American standards...and I am now pondering ways to recycle grey water from those baths, to Save more Water, but I began to ponder the Water issue, one day while soaking, which I do due to my back injury. I cannot take showers, well I can but due to the nerve damage I resorted to therapeutic baths couple of years ago and well anyway, it got me to thinking, about how Precious water really is and What I would do, if I was in an area where I had no access to water [or heat] because of my back injury. I live daily with a heating pad, to be able to sit or walk, I cannot afford surgery [which won't help anyway due to type of nerve damage to spine] I'd be screwed, literally, and I do mean that...
and you know when you Depend on water and heat for medical reasons, you really see just how quick, the preciousness of water AS A NECESSARY RESOURCE is, and you begin to think,
so, think I did, and I began to ponder the scriptures about what Jesus said about hell, lack of water, and you know I take the Bible as metaphors, don't believe it to be 100% accurate and I do believe it's been hijacked by power mongers and war mongers [Rome in that day] but nethertheless, they Took the metaphors of the slaves and oppressed OF that era, and used them so you can still get a pretty good idea [if you read history of Roman slavery] of what the meanings were and why--it Helps to have an historical AND geographical-geological UNDERSTANDING of that region of the world and it's history, to see just how precious and rare clean water was.
In the deserts, water often is UNDERGROUND, saw this on Duel Survival, where they followed coyote tracks for mounds in which they dig in arid deserts to find water, THESE ARE WHAT THEY TERM AS 'WELLS', they are not wells seen above ground in these abundant MYTHICAL pools of heavenly bliss,
they had to find them, and dig them, and camp around them while fighting the elements. Water for irrigation for farming, by the ELITES was sadly diverted and taken from rivers, kept from the poor, and one thing my ex husband told me, and I never forgot it, is one of the TACTICS OF WARFARE IN AFRICA/AND MIDDLE EAST BY MEN WHO HATE, is they would throw dirt into water wells to pollute them, to keep their 'enemies' from having drinking water. These genocidal tactics go back to B.C. times--that and the stalking water wells, men that is, who attack and rape women. There is story in OT about how Moses fought men who were raping women at the water wells--
so taking those historical metaphors, we can see that these traditions of what I'll term WATER MISOGYNY [which if you think about it, is also in bdsm porn, oh yes, water used as a weapon of torture and rape].
WOMEN UTILIZE WATER TO GIVE 'LIFE' TO COMMUNITIES, CHILDREN, WOMEN WHO BIRTH 'MEN'
AND IN RETURN, THEIR THANKS
THEY GET TO FIGHT BARRIERS, MALE VIOLENCE AND POLLUTION TO THOSE WATERS BY THE VERY 'MEN'
AND THE SYSTEMS THAT SUPPORT THOSE 'MEN'
WHO UTILIZE WATER AS A WEAPON OF DEATH AND TERROR.
These water barriers, including WATER WASTE, are in my opi9nion, deliberate acts of genocide, and they are MOST OBVIOUSLY
RACIST AS EVER.
And THIS, is what Western women, who claim feminism, and don't EVEN get me started with those who claim 'JESUS AND GAWD AND SANCTIMONIOUS CHRISTIANDOM PURITY VIRGIN DOLLS FOR GAWD' and their COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE [though to be fair, there ARE exceptions to this rule but I'm speaking about INDIFFERENT CULTURE here] to the plight of women of color globally and especially to the indifference towards the lack of WATER for billions.
In all fairness however, because I was one of those women, even though I was and still am low income, the blame goes to our EDUCATION AND CULTURE AND ESPECIALLY OUR 'MEDIA BRAINWASHING CULTURE'. Which of course, IS PATRIARCHAL, Roman and Greek patriarchal I might add. [the basis that is]
So the obvious thing is, is to bring AWARENESS to this huge WATER GAP and not only bring awareness to that gap,
but bring awareness, of how WE, OURSELVES, CONTRIBUTE TO THAT GAP, not only that,
but in doing so, finding REAL SOLUTIONS, THAT WE, AS 'WOMEN', AS 'RADICAL FEMINISTS' can do to RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS WHILE DECONSTRUCTING THE
ENTITLEMENT BELIEFS TO YES, OUR USE OF 'WATER'.
Because when we deconstruct those entitlement beliefs, we find not only a better understanding of the processes that it takes, for the EARTH TO CREATE DRINKING WATER and the years SHE, MOTHER EARTH takes in caring for that water--but we arrive at a new GRATEFULNESS FOR NOT ONLY
WATER BUT OUR MOTHER EARTH AS WELL.
And truly, gratefulness is at the heart of the matter--ENTITLEMENT = UNGRATEFUL, because the entitled belief soon forgets just how PRECIOUS LIFE RESOURCES, SUCH AS WATER ARE,
AND THAT, WE HAVE A DUTY, NOT JUST AN OPTION, BUT A DUTY, TO YES, BE GOOD AND 'FAIR' USERS OF WATER.
But now, HOW to do this...for past months, off and on I've been looking at Water projects. There are many of them, in fact, I questioned, with ALL the water projects and development there IS, then why is there still a major lack of water in these same areas????? Something's up,
especially when these projects collect MONIES, so then, WHERE DOES THESE MONIES GO? They obviously are not ALL going into water projects AND if they are,
then WHO IS STILL CREATING THE BARRIERS TO THESE WATERS?
MEN, men who are supported by RELIGION [THAT'S NUMBER ONE] and WAR. Misogyny IS the number one reason why WOMEN ARE REFUSED WATER, WORLDWIDE, and MISOGYNY IS THE KIN OF 'RACISM' AND 'NATIONALISM'.
One of the CAMPAIGNS I am beginning here, is called the
'DEDUCT WATER USE FOR DONATION TO WATER PROJECTS', and I am working on this...how to go about it,
but it will go something like this, a PROMISE to deduct water use, to keep a JOURNAL [or blog] of water use, via showers or baths, and the time cut down on both, and THAT MONEY SAVED, THE PERCENTAGE THAT WOULD GO INTO WATER BILL
WOULD GO TO ONE OF THE WATER PROJECTS THAT WORK WITH WOMEN...such as,

I will be contacting them and a few others, while also posting ON them--here, and I will be doing a separate blog or sister blog [which I'll put to the top] here of MY DEDUCTIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS to the water project. I don't have a name for it yet...this is just something I'VE firmly CONCLUDED to do today, though it's been in the mental works for some time now.
And I want to take a moment to say, I got part of the idea FROM 'CONSUMPTION REBELLION'S BLOG' on her taking a food cut for HUNGER, she's in Australia, and so I'll be contacting her about this--her blog [on the side bar] is one of the better ones for WOMEN INVOLVED IN CHANGING OUR PLANET. I really learn a lot from reading her blog--
and so, this will be, actually the First real campaign here--that will INCLUDE 'DIRECT ACTION'
[and not just bitchin] if ya know what I mean...
I've attempted to put forth other campaigns here regarding sewing, textiles and cutting down or changing CONSUMPTION where fashion is concerned, also some on FAIR TRADE,
I have to say, other than ONE PERSON, ONE CHRISTIAN WOMEN, I have not gotten ONE, NOT A ONE, comment from any Christian showing any interest, in doing ANYTHING, ABOUT CHANGING
LIFESTYLES--TO HELP THE GLOBAL POOR.
and I'm going to say it, this had a lot to do, with WHY I stayed with many of my former political and leftist [socialist anarchist or communist anarchist] views, as well as Environmentalism. [oh, btw, our lovely Mormon run mobile home park, doesn't seem to care for our Green garden and Recycling, so now we are having to take that and grow VEGIES as contraband--yea, I hate right wingers, sorry but I do--I can't stand capitalists and Egyptian pyramid slave loving economies. Which of course probably has a lot to do with WHY I left religion as a whole, spiritual I still am, but I DUMPED THE RELIGION].
but in all fairness, this isn't just a religious problem, no, it's a WESTERN ENTITLEMENT problem, in our culture, but ON that same record,
it's ALSO, the attitudes of ENTITLEMENT TO PYRAMIDS AND TO OPPRESS IN YES, AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST AND ASIA AND SOUTH AMERICA--can't just blame these problems on the West,
the MEN and their misogynist systems in THOSE COUNTRIES have their part to blame--CORRUPTION IS EVERYWHERE,
and the only way, it will ever change, is if we all do our part, BE VERY VOCAL and stop contributing to the attitudes that ASSIST THE STATUS QUO OF OPPRESSION AND OPPRESSIVE SYSTEMS.
In India, developers have assured that MEN have cell phones [cell phones that use minerals mined in Congo that are directly responsible for the HOLOCAUST AND MASS RAPES of females there, fact] yet,
women there still do not have access to CLEAN DRINKING WATER.
This shows a blatant disregard to the global poor, the global women since majority of poor ARE WOMEN and CHILDREN, and a blatant disregard for the earth and her resources.
And this, is where WE WOMEN, ALSO CONTRIBUTE...the beauty industry, with the bath oils and shampoos, etc., Also contribute to water pollution and rape of resources, I will write about that in one of the series,
AND, our laws, against recycling grey water, our misuse of water in swimming pools and fountains, especially in cities. Our global use of banned pesticides, that pollute water,
and last but not least, the JEWELRY industry, especially GOLD, DIRTY GOLD,
gold mining pollutes water, making it undrinkable for MANY COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE.
Another part of the series I'll be doing--and also WATER DIVERSION, which is damming water [India, many controversies on this] that prevents downstream flow.
And this is where I'll close, the 'idea' that WE, AS WOMEN, ARE ENTITLED TO DAILY BATHS, SHOWERS, TONS OF LAUNDRY [WHICH DO WE REALLY NEED SO MANY GARMENTS?] AND NOT TO MENTION
THE WATER WASTE THAT GOES INTO 'COTTON FARMING' FOR UNDERWEAR [YEA, VICTORIA SECRETS, YOU SUCK]
that's just one example, in other words,
WOMEN--MUCH OF WHAT WE DO, IS DIRECTLY, KILLING
OTHER WOMEN.
So, we cannot claim feminism, if we do not begin, to not only confront these issues, but we must, MUST,
BEGIN TO WORK--TO CHANGE,
OUR LIFESTYLES, TO END THE EASE, OF MEN AND SYSTEMS, PUTTING UP BARRIERS,
TO BILLIONS OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN, AROUND THE WORLD
TO THEIR ACCESS TO
WATER
WATER = LIFE.
