THE CPSIA PATERNALIST-MISOGYNIST LAW UNDER THE RUSE OF 'CHILD INTEREST', IS AN ALL OUT ASSAULT ON

WOMEN'S SPACE, WOMEN'S ONLY SPACE,

FEMALE SYMBOLISM

FEMALE ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OUTSIDE THE PATRIARCHAL ESTABLISHMENT [WHETHER PRIVATE OR PUBLIC]

FORCING 'HER' TO TRANSFER ALL OWNERSHIP OF HERSELF OVER TO THE CORPORATION OR STATE--HER SPACE, HER LANGUAGE, HER SYMBOLISM, HER ORGANIZING FOR PEACE/AND AGAINST VIOLENCE, AND

HER SEXUAL AUTONOMY.

Yes, believe it or not, the PATERNALIST CPSIA LAW because of the Private sphere of women's economy/language and symbolism in every single culture, race, ethnicity, religion and autonomy including under the protection of the private male sphere, also includes her private self. [forcing economic dependence without any protections therefore she will be vulnerable to sexual control and exploitation at the will of the STATE, and not only that, but her privacy will be annihilated, as she will not longer exist as a female, no, but only as an agent of utility under either the corporation, the state or the temple of forced prostitution [forced into sexual service to the males, e.g, militarization and forced prostitution and yes this Did happen under militarization, hell still does, in both capitalist and socialist-communist societies, even more so in communist as 'she' becomes chattel, a.k.a. sexual property of all men, not just to one] --

but this goes far more deeper than just assault on economic deviance from the state or even the deviance of 'mothers' from the state/nanny police state in regards to their children,

this law, is an assault on the female symbolism and language, that has been since the ancient, subversive and powerful in that its an area that is by far, monopolized either traditionally, culturally or by desire, by the female gender [males too are in textiles but there are main differences to the cultural and gender implications there].

More on this later, I will be putting this together a bit more articulate with EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE.

I will expand on this more later this evening and tomorrow, on how this law is in fact, yes, a full assault on women's only space,

especially that space where women have come together in sewing circles, quilting, sharing crafts, etc., and through this have also come together and formed coalitions against male supremacy, tyranny,

institutions including yes, slavery in This country, against systematic violence, oppression, Repression, you name it,

through out time the one women only space, that has been universally somewhat woman owned, is that of the needle and thread,

the traditions of passing down cultural and female symbolism's to daughter, preserving culture but not just that,

preserving the role of 'female' in society, societies that historically EXCLUDED WOMEN.

And that still do,

through women's circles, or women only space there has been activism towards peace, against violence, there has been the development of refuge areas of healing for women from domestic violence to poverty,

the protection of the computer industry, the MALE DOMINATED INDUSTRIES in the CPSIA law is not simply coincidence or even economic necessity,

and its no wonder that it took the threat to the male dominated 'atv' industry for several MALE REPRESENTATIVES to finally take notice of this law, good as that may be,

or even, the threat to traditional gender roles that forced some patriarchs to take notice of this law,

but DO THE WOMEN WHO BELIEVE IN WOMEN'S RIGHT TO AUTONOMY OVER HER ECONOMICS, HER PERSONHOOD AND YES, HER BODY,

realize the dangers of this law?

This draconian law will force transfer from one private sphere of patriarchy [or those who are outside that context BUT who may still work in women only activism/which does rely on Indie women centered economy] to a worse CORPORATE PATRIARCHY,

THAT WILL BE WRAPPED UP IN A STATE THEOCRACY.

While I support women's only [by choice] and believe firmly that there is a need for women's only spaces, especially due to male violence,

I in no way support FORCED women only, or gender segregation which I believe is not for the empowering of women or even protection of women [though its done in the ruse of protection, evidence to the contrary however in that in these societies the violence against women is astronomical and violence sanctioned from birth]. There is a difference between women by choice entering women only space,

and women by force into spaces that force a complete and rigid 'subjugation' to their male lords and masters,

a HUGE difference. Numerous women only space feminists have combined the two, I believe its nothing by colonization by misogynist systems using women only space ideas to eventually thrust women back into a forced misogynist gender role in which women don't have not only refuge but they are more imprisoned and policed by each other in these spaces,

to be obedient to the institutionalized patriarchy. I wanted to make this clear...

even brothels that hold girl sex slaves could be termed as being women only--doesn't mean they are women only in the Autonomous way,

prisons are women only, I wouldn't say they are liberating for women. So, let me just make it clear,

by my support of women only spaces, I am referring to women's only spaces where women come together as Autonomous and free individuals [or maybe not free but they are fighting enslavement] to celebrate female and to support one another and to hold up the value of female [or to debate gender roles, the meaning of female, etc]

but NOT spaces that are prisons, where older matriarchs of the patriarchal establishment police the younger women and force subservience by the constant watchful eye of terror--and THAT fact I feel

needs to be distinguished.
