STEPFORD WIVES R US EXPOSING COURT WHORES MAFIA SCUM

Thousands of children are tortured and raped repeatedly in private run juvenile prisons...let's keep this in mind.

STEPFORD WIVES R US EXPOSING THE SLAVERY PENAL HOLOCAUST SYSTEM

Women, need to realize, that the fastest growing population of the Prison SEX RAPE SLAVERY businesses is in fact, WOMEN. That includes, WOMEN JAILED FOR SELF DEFENSE WHICH IN THIS NATION, SISTER, WE DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TOO, we are not MEN nor ANIMAL, women get 50 to Life for Self Defense, against rape, abuse, repeated abuse and torture. Even for not dying while getting beat near to death, a man can kill or torture a child, and the WOMAN-MOTHER will be the one who gets the longer time in prison [if he even gets charged], AND IF the woman gets sentenced with mental health--she can expect to be Lobotomized by force.

Haiti, is Charity Enough? [ALSO INFO ON HAITI RELIEF TO WOMEN IN HAITI]

I have not wrote on Haiti here [other than on one post in regard to women, textiles and apathy] but I believe now is a good time.

I did not jump on the 'oh I'm helping Haiti' bandwagon for a couple of reasons [not that I'm not helping, don't get me wrong] but the biggest reason is, like many other natural disasters that hit nations that are what used to be termed 'third world' but now termed underdeveloped, etc., I know, having worked with many in the anti-sweatshops and in labor, that so many of the funds for relief never truly get to the People, to the elites, yes, to the common poor masses, not a hell of a lot. But its not just the outpouring of relief, which IS a good thing, do not get me wrong here, but what so many people miss, in the West, is that the infrastructure was poor to begin with; police-government corruption, lack of clean water, lack of sanitation, lack of schools and jobs, the list goes on and on and on.

Development monies are often misused and not equally distributed, we have seen this in our Own nation, New Orleans. It is quite easy for people to see the deliberate mis-use and squandering of funds as the norm and eventually those people will stop giving to aid, etc, which is unfortunate. What many people don't realize is how 'funds' usually are tied in with political weaponry, that goes for corporations wanting to develop on the backs of the poor, that goes for corrupt government officials that line their pockets and so forth. The people who need the help the most, women and children, usually don't get a lot of that help.

This isn't simply the fault of 'not so ethical' relief agencies [those who pay more in admin costs than in actual relief efforts' or corrupt governments. It is also the fault of banking policies, i.e. IMF and WTO, the fault of 'loans' and 'repayment quotas/standards' and the fault of,

simply a lack of good infrastructure, the educated force to maintain that structure, inner conflicts/war and culture. Yes culture, that can also be a huge factor in keeping a nation's people, particularly if its patriarchal or religious under the thumb of elitist rule/police terror, etc.

NGOs and Micro-loans for small business and grass root organizations have helped resolve some of these issues, but in many nations with the competition with transnationals who have the big bucks and power to back their agendas up, government policies especially those run by militaries, well, they have their work cut out for them and sadly, many of these small independent relief-rights groups fold. Or are driven out by force--violent force.

Once public attention begins to lose interest the corruption then has the ample room to take hold and well, international attention becomes less of a front page seller and people go on about their business while the people in horrid crisis are left with little resources and a weakened infrastructure in pieces. Its in the rebuilding that takes such a long time and where the inequality really shows. Cities of course will usually get the monies needed first to rebuild, after all, they are the economic centers and it wouldn't look good for business or tourism. The rural areas however, don't fair so well.

I got an email today from the RFK Center and I strongly agree with something they said, what is needed more than anything for Haiti is a Human Rights based Relief and Rebuilding Effort. I couldn't agree more. In an article, by Kerry Kennedy and Monika Kalra Varma which I will post link here, it says:

"Charity is a personal act of choice with no real repercussions. Human rights are legal obligations, grounded in our shared acknowledgement of human dignity - something that every government must respect and no government can take away."

Also, I wanted to leave this, a Relief-Women's Human Rights agency [good grade A on the Charity Watchdog Reporting] that works With women, who are IN Haiti,
