Proof that I am Not Crazy, the System is So Rigged in COLORADO, Notes from State Forced Stepford Wives Victims

COLORADO, has numerous cases where the System, while receiving monies 'claiming' to fight Domestic Violence and Child abuse, do more to COLLUDE WITH MALE ABUSERS in both Criminal and Family Courts, against defendant-victims, mothers fighting to protect children from sexual abuse-child abuse [psychological gets completely ignored and children-teens forced drugged, this contributes to the increasing rate of juvenile crime in reaction to ignored/colluded with abuse by the system] and women fighting to get Restraining Orders enforced, etc, etc., the list goes on and on.

I want to add that the same system that Colludes with Male Abusers, can also collude against low income men who are Not abusive, particularly in family courts and increasing--Fast Track cases in which men are charged, and often women, for D.V. and pushed through or coerced rather, to plead guilty for things that are clearly, to any thinking person, not clear as to who the aggressor is OR on matters that shouldn't have been charged in the first place, such as recent case where a Deaf man and Deaf Woman were charged with D.V. and then rights violated in jail because a neighbor heard loud voices...no one knew the man or woman was deaf until 25 something days later.  HOWEVER, That being said, while these cases Do happen and I believe with more frequency, it is vital to not forget that the Men's Rights groups use those cases as ammo to refute All Domestic Violence and not only that, these Fast Track programs are doing more to collude with the abusers against Women, particularly women who defend themselves and that includes, defending verbally, physically, and protecting children.

For disabled women such as myself, for women dealing with mental illness and especially mental illness or Temporary mental illness [e.g. PTSD or temporary depression, anxiety, etc as a result of a current crisis, grief over current loss, economic stress, family conflict, so forth] as a result of past or ongoing Domestic Abuse, these 'spin' tactics used by the system for Profit [and the motive is Profit, that and government gaining access to the children especially for Forced Drugging, aka forced sterilization through  long term side effects from dangerous pharma drugs, many of these work like chemical FGMs** on women-females, fact.]  are being used against Women more and more...in Boulder CO alone, approx 23% of women were charged with D.V. for defending themselves, or when police opted to choose the female as aggressor, these cases are disturbing.  In Washington State these cases became so frequent that the Coalition Against Violence to Women took action, particularly in the cases of Immigrant women and Victim-defendent cases.

This Spin is Extremely dangerous where Mental Health and particularly Criminal courts or treatment centers/ERs [rise in commitment to offset medical malpractice], unethical psychologists, nurses, etc., who have 'deals' with pharma companies-Profit driven over ethics, or worse, when agencies that are influenced or work to influence Political Agendas [what I term as the Political Matrix]  forcing female defendants/or patients [women in DV shelters, rape crisis centers ARE AT RISK for involuntary commitment or forced treatment that is often more dangerous and re-triggering]  into treatment while ignoring other mental health factors such as domestic violence [same applies to children and in fact it's worse for children, female sexual abuse victims and boy victims forced to endure Dangerous cocktails of psychotropics while male rapists walk and these cases are rising in epidemic proportions, CPS and the Mental Health System make bank on the bodies of victims, become STATE PIMP AND MADAME over the bodies of both exploited children and women, mentally and sexually].  This has got to stop.  The system becomes then a form of internalized trafficking through court ordered treatments, conditions, etc. 
 

Why is this occurring and at increasing rates, well quote from this study on the Collusion between Father's Rights groups and Judges-CPS reveals as to one of the main reasons:

The AFCC has many state chapters which conduct conferences, seminars and workshops on their "latest" practices for handling divorce, custody and related family & children litigation.  Most of the identified AFCC professional members routinely practice anti-woman, pro-abuser father PAS tactics against mothers who complain of child abuse by the father.  Most have a documented history of rubber-stamping every mother as an mentally unstable alienator who is the cause of all the problem and unfit to be around her children.  Of course, they know the truth of what they are really doing - is to trump up reasons to make the mother look bad so they can justify recommending sole custody a father accused of domestic violence, child abuse or support delinquencies.  This tactic actually works well for them, because so many people are inclined to believe that women can't take the pressure of martial break-up they "go-crazy", imagine or even fabricate problems in their attempt to "get-back' at him.  These tactics are effective against even professional and prominent women.  The commonly heard "bitter custody dispute"  really means: "crazy lying accusatory woman" who drives the man to violence out of shear frustration (lets call this the Alec Baldwin excuse)""

More and more we are seeing Women being SILENCED and PUSHED BACK THROUGH FORCE, COERCION TO REVERT TO A MEDIEVAL AGE WHERE WOMEN AND CHILDREN COULD BE ABUSED, RAPED AND TORTURED WITH IMPUNITY AND THERE WAS NO LEGAL RECOURSE.

While Agencies and Government Agencies Claim to be addressing and working to change societal attitudes on male entitlements to abuse [aka Patriarchy], what I am finding and numerous other activists, advocates, survivors are finding is that the opposite is occurring,

women are being Penalized and stripped of what FEW human rights [if we really want to call it that] have in this day and age, and the travesty of this FACT is, is that numerous women are working along or in the system out of either desire to protect their own profit or status within the male defined and controlled society [workplace, norms, etc], and Policing other women, especially those of low incomes or who are non-white, into OBEYING misogynist norms and mores.  To NOT OBEY is to be labeled Mentally Ill and Non-Compliant [what mental health terms as 'lack of insight into illness'] but strip away the semantics and you have

the 'she won't conform to misogynist and patriarchal mores and norms'.  She complains, is hysterical, doesn't take her rapes and lack of human right to have CONSENT AND BOUNDARIES over her mind, body, soul and emotions with a smile on her face....

worse, in cases of self defense, which in This nation still, WOMEN DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELF DEFENSE [ESP IN D.V.] OR TO THE RIGHTS TO

LIFE, LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

SHE ONLY HAS A RIGHT....

TO ASSURE THAT HER 'MAN' HAS THAT RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND HAPPINESS [OR MALE CHILDREN]

and the SYSTEM--IS MAKING SURE, THAT THIS WILL ALWAYS BE, THE OBEYED NORM AND BELIEF SYSTEM TO BE ADHERED TOO.
