Some Love Words to my Lord, My Ishi, Jesus today...Notes from the Wilderness "And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali." Hosea 2:6, KJV

I thought about posting this yesterday and today it seemed right. In God's Word, it often says that God is a Consuming Fire. What does that mean exactly? Well, I believe it can mean several things, from His wrath towards cruelty and injustice and oppression to His passion about love and His people to His life power and His creative rebirth abilities. But when I first saw this photo, I saw a whole other side to God, that I'd like to share today...

the sunset, in this photo does look like a sky of fire. The black birds [or the birds that appear to be black] represents to me numerous scriptures about God's wrath--about how one day, He said, the birds will feast on flesh. What that means is, is that all the raping and environmental damage, such as, the destruction of forests, the Bird's Homes, will be Avenged one day. That is in Revelations. You see God takes HIS creation Seriously, the CARE of, His creation Seriously...He is NOT a NEGLECTFUL, ABUSIVE PARENT, father nor mother, nor is He a NEGLECTFUL ABUSIVE HUSBAND, Israel I will betroth you to myself He says...the bride, in Revelations.

You see God has put in His Word so many revelations about who He really is, about What He cares so passionately about, and His creation, He loves, like a mother loves her young, and He is just as protective and watchful...the Thing that people miss however, is that WE, people, are His creation too so He is longsuffering, that WE may repent--and come to Him, and CHANGE, not become Religious, but learn to Love, to Take care of Mother Earth and the Animals, what WE were commanded to do, in the Garden of Eden. We were NOT commanded to take 'dominion' and rape, pillage, kill...that was NOT what we were commanded to do OR to set up Pyramid 'god' hierarchies and patriarchies.

God's nature is all over Nature, Mother Earth, His Female Side, oh yes, I truly am convinced that God is both male-female, in Spirit, and in Personality, that both are strong but have differences, that together BALANCE--like Ying and Yang, complimentary yes, WITHOUT THE WHOLE MALE DOMINANCE-SUPREMACY LIE that is taught in so many 'male teachings' that have Corrupted the image of God into Corruptible Man [Romans], but also yes, egalitarian--but that can also, Change--with Phases, seasons, meaning, that male and female gender traits are Fluid, they are not always in this constant state and in a Box. That is 'man's' doing--not God's. Nature simply does not work like this, it never has, there is a fluidity about nature, though the order, yes remains. Like, how music works...you can have jazz, that is like a chaotic but still remain within a mathematical order--why to me, both Quantum Physics and the Theory of Relativity both are true--maybe they merge, though I'm not a physics major--
so I'm looking at this photo, and I think, gee that's odd, how the sky, before Darkness, looks like fire and I get this thought--I wonder, if this is how God truly feels, at the End of the Day, after seeing All the cruelty, hate, rape, killing, lying, stealing, child abuse, misogyny, misandry, greed, etc., and there are just those days that His anger is just about boiling, the Fire is in the sky--right before Darkness falls and the vampires/spirits [demons] come out, those night spirits to work their misery through those who are taken captive by ignorance or by free will, that Darkness that also has two faces, one where darkness if felt--sin, God's removal of Himself, that Separation OR that Darkness, that God ONLY can penetrate and where, growth continues, in those gardens, the Night Jasmine..and the insects who do their Purification clean up...LOL, oh yea, God works in mysterious ways...depending on what His will is,

but I had to wonder--if those days, He just says, OK, I've had enough, I've had enough and I'm about to blow so I'll give you a Sign--to see, maybe you'll see, that I'm not that pleased with you, Please, consider, before Darkness falls, all around you, maybe Darkness so thick it can be felt, and Repent [do not let the sun go down on your wrath the Bible says] and by morning, Lord Willing, I'll give you a New Day, to try again...

and the Fire, God's consuming Fire sets on the earth while the birds come out to feast and the darkness and the creatures of the night begin their journey of decay or purification or punishment, like the Furies...

oh yes, the Furies...God has His 'creatures of furies', kid yourself not, they do His work of Balancing the scales and Justice.

Oh yes, the Mother and Father in God--do we dare to provoke Him/Her with our stubborn refusal to stop our sinful ways and not Fear Him/Her? I believe, we should take Heed to those Skies, they are Messages to Us, to NOT take His/Her Mercy for Granted...because while He/She is yes, Merciful and Long Suffering,

He/She is also, a God of Holiness and Justice, who Yes, becomes FURIOUS with human kind's cruelty, selfishness, consumption of Mother Earth with no thought, no love, no care..for Him, for Our Neighbor, for Ourselves [Bible says abusing ourselves With mankind God hates just as much, it is sin, GOD IS LOVE, WE, HIS CHILDREN, ARE TO BE 'LIKE' LOVE, LIKE HIM.

Mighty Men & Women beware, God can overthrow the Kings and Lords with a 'swish' of His hand, He is NOT a Weak God...Nor a God, who is Indifferent or who Does not See.

Another beautiful character about God's fire too is that while this sky, to me represents that one side of Himself, of His passionate fury, not because He is some crazed Despot, no, but because His LOVE is So passionate and intimate for Us, for all His creatures and for Mother Earth...for Life,

and that the Other side of this Fire, is God's romantic passion--calling us, to join with Him in His/Her presence in prayer, in worship, in love and song...Passion, that's right, Passion, HE did create Passion after all, that
Fire that burns...

little man created Nothing--they just Think they did, it is GOD WHO OPENS THE WOMB....

lest we forget.

Oh, to Know Him, is to Love Him, to Love Him, is to yes, Know His fire, His passion, His love...

it's His Love that Purifies...

our hearts, our lives, our souls.

To Know Him, is to Walk with Him, in the Garden, both at Day, and at Night, the fellowship of His sufferings...His sufferings, is His Heartbreak--at seeing His creation,

destroying and being destroyed.

And it's not surprising then, that Yes, there are those nights, when God says, I've had enough...let the Darkness fall, and the Birds Feast. May we truly repent and receive Him and Him be OUR LORD, our Kind Lord, Creator, Mother and Father, we being His Beloved, His Betrothed [Isaiah] because there Is coming, a time, when His wrath, Will come down, and that will be the closing...the Fire of Avenging, will fall, and the Darkness, that can be felt, will fall as well, and the birds, will feast on the flesh of those men who Refused, to Receive God's Grace, Kindness, Mercy, and Love, men and women, who Refused, to Know LOVE, who chose Hate, Greed, and Malice and Power...

For those, who will receive, the darkness does come--but He, tenderly watches over us, He monitors our purification, while He covers us, with the Night Jasmine...Intimately Loving us...and Us, Loving Him.

To Know Him, is to really know what Being LOVED is. I can't believe, I wasted So many years, but I am glad...that those years were NOT good ones, because they while dark, were the garden path, that lead me to Him, and to bath in His fire...Is yes,

Just to note, I still have Numerous blog links [side bar] that have not been replaced since I revised the blog format, I will get to those, promise, sometime this week.

Also, looking through, I deleted the archives and added a labels, I will be editing those. I laugh [and well, hang my head in shame] a bit when looking through several of the posts here--it seems I still am working through a lot of bitter water-anger, I deleted most of the earlier posts when I first began this blog and was writing about the CPSIA law. At the same time however, my Gosh--I've grown a lot in this journey through the forests--of sorting lies, truth, false beliefs and internalizations. I Wish, I could say, Ah, I am there--

just last night, three hours, wrestling with God over some things and I've still not really sure where I am at there--lets just say, somethings, are still, going to remain, WINTER, a sort of, Ceasefire for now.

Anyway, ~~sigh~~, as I walk through this forest, sometimes jungle, desert, darkness, searching and seeing only through often times a dim candle with it seems, that occasional wind that flickers the light to where I stumble a bit here and there,

I am learning--though not in the way that so many Tell me, I am supposed to learn, in fact, quite the opposite--complete reverse direction it seems. Though I know why and the reason behind it--being in the wilderness, is not easy, I can see why, many will not travel this route.

It is raining--good day and mood for it, quite fitting, like He knows, huh, funny--funny how He works and then I don't see it, until later...and the thunder just crashed,

I used to hate thunder, well, no, that's not true, I had a love-hate relationship with thunder--but I will take that as my cue--to get offline and get busy with some things I have been putting off, LOL, yea, God I hear ya.

Anyhow, bear with me [and read post below/today's post], while I work on this blog--haven't finished the updates and still needs a lot of work].

Notes from the Wilderness

I am cross posting this, from another blog--I wrote a response to a woman, who had received horrid treatment by a Woman Pastor, when leaving an abusive husband--NOT a male pastor. [see the FGM post below].

This is something I noticed--couldn't quite put my finger on it but I did notice it, a while back, when reading and posting on Egal boards. And what is Dangerous about some of them them is that they are so deceptive in their tactics--it's NOT because they are Egalitarian, no, it is because they are ONLY Egalitarian to a 'degree' yet Refusing to Confront and Challenge the Other oppressions under both Patriarchy and Imperialism. You can't have it both ways--you can't sit at the Lord's table and at the Devil's table--you can't claim to want to end patriarchy and to push for women in pastor roles yet Refuse, to Deconstruct beauty prisons and class prisons and race prisons and economic prisons--all that are intertwined with Patriarchy. [there are serious dangers in the Other pole, the Other extreme, in the radical deconstruct--that is truly only a deconstruct/destruction of Female--to create a Male Supreme Value 'god' world--it's cleverly hidden however, this is where paradoxically the Goddess Feminists and the Wicca do see this--they are, I have found, the only ones who have discerned this truth]. I believe it's because they have not cut themselves off from the source [God created yes but source nevertheless] of the sap of life--Mother Earth. Mother Earth--Woman--that is why, you will see resistance to the machinery of death/social engineering/Dominion Cults of Marduk and Baal [though they can work together--in the spiritual realm] from these connected to mother earth groups.

To those who have ears, let them hear...what the Spirit is Saying...

the Whore of Babylon, is a fornicator--Fornicator means, numerous partners, who may not all be identical. There is a saying, in the political, especially among revolutionaries,

an enemy, can be a friend for you, to combat an enemy.

In the book/movie Narnia, the White Witch told Peter, "You cannot fight them alone Peter, you need us", and that is true--in WWII, the West, joined forces, with Stalin, to fight Hitler. To those who have ears, let them hear...what the Spirit is Saying.

We must pray always, for discernment. This does not mean, I am opposed to the Egals, no, I simply do not join the 'movement' as a member--I do believe, there is a Spiritual Reason, why Paul said, I do not allow Woman, to teach or have authority over the man. This is one area, I concur with the comps on--but NOT for the SAME reasons, not EVEN CLOSE. I am referring here to 'the church', not to positions in the secular--though God has used Women, in positions of authority, Deborah and Esther--but here's one thing, that many miss,

it's never, to elevate, woman, across the board, to set up, a female matriarchy within the church. THAT does not mean however, that there isn't a Matriarchy--there IS,

but that's the hidden thing--and good Reason for this--to those who have ears, let them hear what the Spirit is saying. Mother Earth--the Womb, Sap of Life.

The problem with the egal push to get women into ministry is more secular and psychological influenced [Venus] in nature--than Spiritual, Christianity--not religion, but Spiritual--this is NOT really their fault, in other words,

this is simply, the Outcome and Result, of the fact that we, as a people, as a Spiritual People, Christians, have lost connection and touch, with the spiritual life, with the earth, with the elements, the days of old, both Jew and Christian did NOT lose touch, it was ONLY after, MAMMON, and the DEMAND FOR KINGS/LORDS/EMPIRES,

that the pollution would cover darkly. To those who have ears, let them hear what the Spirit is Saying.

This also tends to be more of a phenomenon in the West, than in the East--again, this has to do with materialism and the blindness it causes. There will be no true 'equality' in the imperialist nations, there can't be, not with out a deconstruct of the MAMMON AND IDOLATRY. Jesus said, it's easier, for a camel, to go through the eye of a needle, than a rich [referring to Spiritual rich--one who is or thinks they are 'good', does good works, can be materially rich too but it's about the person's heart/lack of solidarity with the oppressed/lost] person, to get into the Kingdom of Heaven. Not only can a camel NOT go through the eye of a needle,

a camel, can't even SEE, THE EYE, OF THE NEEDLE.

To those who have ears, let them hear what the Spirit is saying...

my reply--to this woman, and sad to say, I'm sure, there are more who have had her experience, and there will be more- as predicted, in Revelations. The Woman and the Earth--to those who hear, let them hear...

Ditto, Good point and one that is NOT really looked at honestly, this is the ONE main reason, I do NOT support the whole Egal Christian movement Either--it wreaks of too many of the similarities of Betrayals to Women in liberal feminism--this MYTH that Gender Parity will somehow change the patriarchy-misogyny and that women will be better off,

WRONG.

What tends to happen ALL THE TIME is the women who eventually Do get to move up the 'pastor ladder' [same with political] is that they are the ones, though they may not Realize it, who are chosen, because they will be what Mary Daly termed as the Painted Birds--token women,

we see this All the time in confronting women's human rights, in government, military [where one in three women are raped BY fellow soldiers/US fact, case before Pentagon and continuing] and in other leadership positions. Just because there are women in leadership does not make a women's emancipation come to pass--

power corrupts absolutely, what Does happen is a type of assimilation into the 'elitist' power structure, lording it over others, throwing women off the bus so to speak, because once one has theirs, well, to hell with the others...there ARE a FEW EXCEPTIONS to this RULE but they are a FEW...a small minority and THOSE women who do NOT sell out [or those in abolition or emancipation/liberation or reform or human rights, etc--same thing], if they Don't sell out--

they'll be PURGED OUT, eventually...as soon as the Legion Lords and Bathory Women realize that they cannot 'control' their tokens --

and time after time we see those who believed somewhat, in emancipation, get into those parity positions, only to quickly forget their oppressed class and then they sell their soul

to do evil. Often times it's Money, or Power--Status,

it's a narcotic, a spiritual narcotic, it takes a very dedicated person, to stay true to the cause. So yes, you'll find numerous women pastors, just like women politicians, leaders, who will 'compromise' for the sake of village [what they'll say] when really it's for the sake of maintaining a place in Baal's and Herod's palace--regardless of size, and the ones, the women they Will throw under the bus the most--the quickest, and with out recognition by others

are the invisible marginalized women. The poor, the underclass, the minority ethnic groups, the elderly, etc....

happens All the time. This is why, these groups who work 80% of the time pushing for women in Ministry, really are NOT a friend to women, as much as they are out for Ambition, I'm going to say it,

the Friends, the Solidarity for Women, are THOSE WOMEN, ON THE BATTLEFIELDS, PAYING OFTEN WITH THEIR BODIES--TO SAVE/FIGHT FOR OTHER WOMEN,

not for Positions.

No greater love, than to LAY DOWN ONE'S LIFE, FOR THE SISTERHOOD--

not, WALK ON THEM--TO GET 'A PLACE IN THE SPOTLIGHT',

so yea, Females, [and there are female traffickers, slave holders, SS police like in Iran who assist in raping other women/girls, etc], can be Just as patriarchal AND EVIL

as men.

Kind of blows that whole angelic 'patriarchal' Madonna purity goddess b.s. out the window doesn't it? And it was Patriarchy and Gender Construct Roles, the Romance of it, the Chivalry LIE

that Created, those Women, those Bathory women--who drink the blood of virgins/innocents/marginalized,

so that They, can stay Young and Virile. Just like the Vampires, they are...so, beware,

spiritual discernment--oh how it is So lacking these days.

that's how you can tell. The problem is, the abuse of the meanings of Grace, Unity, and Spreading the Gospel [that thrives on the blood sacrifices of women and bodies of women in particular] has so polluted TRUTH in these days--

many simply do not discern the difference anymore, it's gone Gray. And that is why, yes, we will see, MORE women, that will not only side in with patriarchy, they will Police other women--and they'll do it,

in the name of Liberation.

Last night, was the LAST STRAW, I can no longer, keep quiet, and while I have often found that to Speak TRUTH about HORRORS AND EVIL on many so called Liberal Progressive Egal Boards gets me kicked off--but I prayed about this last night, it's not been the First time, I've prayed and prayed and sought God, sought for Truth, sought for Why I could NOT, wrap my mind and heart around so many issues and the LANGUAGE that is used, that I KNEW, KNEW something was off, but I couldn't put my finger on it--but He answered, and I must BE STRONG, BE OF GOOD COURAGE, AND SPEAK

TRUTH.

Love does not rejoice in Iniquity--Love rejoices in TRUTH. That is what Corinthians [the letter of says], but in Today's two polar Extremes within Christian circles, it's either the extreme Pharisee type of fundamentalism that is without empathy OR it's the other extreme, the Leaven, of

Herod.

What is the leaven of Herod? Well, could be several things--but I will narrow it down, because of the issue I will be writing about here, to this: a relativist mentality that refuses to draw the line between good and evil because the goal is to create a universal 'unity' for the Ends of creating a world not of peace, but of silence, complicity, to the worst forms of abuses, so that those who are comfortable, those who Benefit, those who are Wealthy--from the Blood--can do so,

without Any slight of conscience. To neatly sweep evil atrocities under the rug--to make 'rationalizations' and 'understandings' for them so not to really have to pull them out, bring them into the light, and declare them

WRONG.

Because to declare them Wrong--means, yes, you like John the Baptist, will find yourself in a prison waiting to have your Head cut off. Of course, compliments of Herod.

So What is this all about you may be wondering...well, a lot of things, but lets begin for starters, on the issue of

FGMS, THE CHRISTIAN RESPONSE TO THEM, THE MISSION RESPONSE TO THEM--AND WHY, BEING A 'RELATIVIST' IS NOT CHRISTIAN OR CHRIST'S LOVE--BUT TRULY, IS JUST BEING A SUPPORTER OF A BANALITY OF EVIL.

Last night I received a pamphlet in the mail with a lot of Egal-liberal Christian books. I've had some conflicts before on some other issues, though I kept quiet about them because I support a lot of the work they do--on behalf of women, but this nagging feeling was always there, maybe due to the fact that in the years of working in advocacy on women's human rights, I've seen the betrayals, or no, compromises, done by so called 'liberalism' in so many areas, issues, and not just by liberals but nationalists, radicals, etc., that well you wind up with a 'few' who benefit from emancipation and the rest--are thrown off the bus so to speak and mowed over, forgotten, because those few, well they Got theirs, this sadly is typical in a lot of social revolutions and/or reform movements.
So some issues I kept quiet on, the pick your battles so to speak, but there were some that I simply could not--and last night, I was browsing this book pamphlet, and I saw this book, called Cut Flowers, about FGMS, about having a Biblical Understanding,

and the rage boiled like a volcano...What do you mean, Biblical Understanding? Needless to say, that pamphlet got torn to shreds and tossed into the trash, where it belongs. Biblical Understanding, what is there to UNDERSTAND,

about a practice, a HORRIBLE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION, that has been tolerated, here it is 2010 and we still in the world TOLERATE THIS GROSS 'E.V.I.L.' that really is a blood sacrifice of girls to BAAL,
and we want to now say, have a Biblical Understanding of????

WTH, really,

and in the pamphlet the book also stated why millions of women/girls believe this to be right, etc., and you immediately get the implication that this is a book, that well, says, oh, this is horrible but as Christians we have a duty to not offend and to be sympathetic and understanding and well, tolerant.

To that, I say BULL, BULL, BULL, BULL AND BULL.

So I prayed about this, OK God, yes, WE are to be forgiving, WE are to be all things to all to gain them to Christ, but Does that mean, WE are to EMBRACE AND TO BE TOLERANT--OF HORRID EVILS? Especially EVILS that are DONE TO WOMEN--THAT HAVE NO BIBLICAL OR GOD MANDATED REASON, TO DO SO?

And the answer is, NO, WE ARE NOT. Ten Commandments, it's Very simple folks,

THOU SHALL NOT STEAL.

FGMS, Female Genital MUTILATION [what part of that can people NOT understand] is NOT a MERE CUTTING OF FLOWERS folks,

let's get TRUTHFUL HERE,

IT IS A FULL CASTRATION. DO YOU GET THAT LIBERAL CHRISTIANS AND RELATIVISTS--IT IS A CASTRATION. IT IS NOT, NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, A 'CIRCUMCISION', IT IS NOT, JUST A CUTTING OF FORESKIN,

IT IS A COMPLETE CASTRATION OF A WOMAN'S CLITORIS, LABIA, AND IN MANY CASES, A SEWING UP.

SO THAT A MAN, CAN GET OFF, CAN DO AS HE DAMN WELL PLEASES, WITH HER BODY--AND SHE, HAS NOTHING.

Jesus didn't say, SO THAT MEN, CAN HAVE LIFE

that YOU, male AND female, can have LIFE.

Jesus did NOT compromise, Jesus did NOT water down, Jesus did NOT care--if you were Offended in Him--Blessed is he/she who is NOT offended in ME,

IF you are ASHAMED OF ME AND MY WORDS--I WILL BE ASHAMED OF YOU.

To the Liberal, Pacifying and Tolerant to Evil Christians, SHAME ON YOU...

to the Women, I only say, IF I could, I would turn back the clocks and undo what has been horribly done to you, I cannot--and here's the horrible Truth about the WORKS AND LIES OF SATAN,

Notes from the Wilderness

OR, when our Eyes are focused, on intimate ones around us who are always unstable, maybe not serving God or hostile to God, maybe they are psychotic, or abusive...and maybe we simply cannot 'escape' just yet--it's very difficult to Believe God, to Receive from God, in these situations [be they temporary or long term or in some cases permanent].

Often the focus then becomes on the Person/or persons, or the circumstances that causes us to yes, be tossed to and fro, often it can be our own past, what WE tend to draw upon to sort through and to define Who God is. Some things, well, without going into preaching/teaching here--I'd rather just share some things and let the Holy Spirit do the rest,

one thing I had always thought was that being tossed to and fro was like in a sideways motion, and that the verse in James means, that if one minute you doubt, the next you have faith, that was being tossed to and fro. But I don't think that is what that means...so, let's take the verse first--as a foundation here, James 1:6, KJV

"But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed."

OK so I'm thinking on this, now it concludes that this man/or woman to not think they'll receive anything of the Lord, when they are like this...and taken literally that seems like it's saying, that unless one is absolutely positive that they'll get what they request from God--they won't. That one's faith has to be this strong iron will, but thing is, we Do have doubts. Doubts of what though? Doubts of God, Doubts of God's Will, maybe Doubt of His Love?

So I'm thinking on this and I see a ship--again, we think, reading this scripture that it's like a ship going back and forth, in a rocking motion--but lets look, at what a ship Really does, in a sea when it's tossed to and fro. Pay attention to the waves too,

Now, imagine your self, on the Deck of this ship, with your hands out--and God trying to Hand you something,

Well, we can see from the videos that this being tossed to and fro is not a sideways motion, like back and forth sideways, but more of an Up and Down motion, Highs and Lows, oh yea, EMOTIONS that guide us, rather than our Faith--faith is what? Substance. Substance of What? THINGS HOPED FOR. That means, that depending on our EMOTIONS our faith, may not want the same things maybe? There is a lack of Consistency there, one minute, Weeee we are all high and love God, the next, we are all low and well, God just get me relief or what have you--

and what does James say, let them not think they'll get Anything from our Lord. NOT that God doesn't want to give them/us/me Himself, no, but that our emotions, our motives, are not seeking HIM, to have HIM or HIS WILL in that up and down, not only that, even if God wanted to hand us something, ever tried to Catch something, while jumping up and down? Like on that ship? Do you think, if you threw a package, lets say a care package to someone on the deck of that ship, would they be able to catch it?

Hell no, they'd be too busy, doing what? Hanging on to the rails of the deck to keep from getting tossed over.

The thing about being tossed to and fro is that our Focus then becomes not on God, but on hanging on, on surviving, on not drowning. Is there anything wrong with that? I don't think so, but I think, by my experience, is that when our focus [or our focus is drawn by someone else, lets say, an abusive husband] or cares of this life, etc., draws us away, from God, and onto surviving, we lose something, we lose faith, but more than that,

I think, we lose vision, clarity, of who, Who God really is. And then, we can't receive anything because one minute we believe, the next we don't, the next we do, and all the while, God is there, saying, if you'd just be still and Focus on ME.

But what if, lets say, we Do focus on Him and that storm, keeps a going and yes, we are perishing. Then what?

Well, hmmm, then it gets a tad interesting doesn't it, this is where it gets a tad nasty, or at least I think, because often times yes, we can perish, our souls can be scarred, precious lives lost, time lost, things don't always work out the way we would desire them too. There are those storms that we don't have control over nor do we like the way it seems that God is controlling them--but Controlling them, He is, a hard fact to swallow for those of us who have lives where abusers have had control. But lets look at something else, about ships on the sea,

Mark 4:36-41 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. 4:37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. 4:38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? 4:39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 4:40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? 4:41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

Often the focus on this verse is that Jesus rebuked the winds and all was calm, but is that all it's saying? Who was in control? Jesus, the Lord God, so number one, HE is in control, so in the storms of life God is yes, in control--it may not always Seem that way especially when Yes, the reality of Evil is just that, Reality, and one cannot simply wish it away, and Yes, that Evil is killing, doing damage, and yes, we may or ARE perishing.

For me, the problem I had with religion is that there was this like, this utopia belief that one doesn't perish or suffer real loss that Cannot be restored, if they simply just believe in God... OR, worse, those that are the fatalists and that well, pretty much, God is in control, and by golly if you're a woman, suffer witch and Die, that kind of very prevalent attitude because you see the Baal worshipers Enjoy seeing women and children bleed and die [another topic, another time] and so God has been neatly painted as being the Ultimate Destroyer of Women. AND if you've suffered abuse/be it child or spousal then regardless of how much Bible you may know, especially if you currently are living with abuse, it's not so easy to Shake those beliefs off. At least, not for me, and so it is yes, like being a ship on a stormy sea,

because one minute you might Think you know who God really is, UP, and Up, the next, you don't, you only see the dark slams of waves and the pit of the abyss and then it's Down and Down and well, maybe even Down to the GRAVE...a bottomless pit that you know once you're in, that's it, you ain't coming out.

So, for me, out in this wilderness, to See and to have Faith, is to KNOW who God really is, when Jesus said, oh ye of little faith--He's saying, you don't know me. And the thing is, we Don't, we really don't [or maybe you do, I don't, I'm still finding out], and then, what I was shocked to find out--that maybe, well maybe the key is,

on that stormy sea, is to just let go of the rail. And to just say, fine--who are You God, and what is it You want? And if I perish--I perish.

And then, a funny thing happens, or at least, for me--the storm didn't necessarily end, maybe not physically, but internally it did. Because I was not in that place anymore--not only that--I was being taught, to focus, not on the waves or the rail or the winds, but on Him. Only on Him...and that no matter what happens,

He is in control. Then, funny thing is, there was a presence that was holding on to both me and the rail, or maybe, He takes over the helm of the ship and drives it out of the storm or maybe, He rebukes the winds and seas and all is calm or maybe, I perish--and find myself in His arms, in a much better place.

But, the one thing I do know, is that yes, God is, in control--this does not mean He is in the detailed control of evil--people have free wills, James also says God cannot tempt us with evil, doesn't mean God won't allow evil, but that God Himself, does not do evil. So it's not a fatalist thing, I don't think...it could be, I suppose if one was determined to rebel and reject God, but then, when one learns Who God really is [not who men say He is] then you begin to see, that God has a bigger purpose,

that on that ship--there is a destination, funny thing is, when in the storm, maybe in a lot of storms, we forget, all about the destination. But God does not. He never forgets...

Oh ye of little faith.

I don't know all the reasons, or answers, I don't know all the solutions or comforts, and I don't know if I'll ever get to a place where I never go through the ups and downs, I'm sure, life being what it is, those waves, will always be there--but maybe, what I do know, because I am learning, slowly is that I don't have to look down at the abyss nor up at the height of the waves,

but straight ahead, or above, or in my heart, in that secret place, and know, He is there, and He says, Peace, be Still...and that, that is when, We receive, from our Lord. What, well that depends on Him,

being tossed to and fro, can be in many things, worry, fret, doubt, vision, our lives, being faithful/not consistent, going from ever wind of doctrine--but notice they all have one thing in common,

they don't have a consistency of knowing WHO GOD IS. And maybe, the more we hang onto the rail, because we don't not only know who God is we don't Trust Him, we then, yea, don't receive anything, because we're going UP and DOWN and UP and DOWN and UP and DOWN.

About the only thing God might be able to get to us, is some sea sickness pills. OR, not only that--but go back, and look at that second video again, EVEN if, IF, in that place, we Do receive from the Lord--COULD WE KEEP THAT THING? NO, because the next wave and Whoosh, off the thing goes, doesn't it? We're on that ship, tossed To and Fro, Up and Down, He tosses us a life raft and the next wave we toss it back to the sea--kind of like, if that life raft was our Faith, how Stable would it really be then? Not very much--do we Know God, when we are Tossed to and fro then? NO.

Or maybe, like the boat that was sinking and Jesus asleep, the little boat does sink--did we forget how to swim? Or maybe He had a life raft? Or maybe, Maybe, He sends a whale? Or a plank, who knows--or maybe, we get eaten by sharks and well, maybe it was our time, we don't know do we? Kind of terrifying really,

and oh we so want the answers and the solutions RIGHT NOW, don't we? The trial of faith, maybe it's not so much to test whether or not we know God [because obviously we don't right?] or if we love God, as much as it's to Get to Know Him--to K.N.O.W. Him,

and we'll never know Him, if we refuse to get on the ship, or if we hang onto the rail, always going Up and Down, and not obeying or trusting Him. EASIER said than done--mind you, and I personally don't think we Stop doing this, until the day we die.

If one says they do, I would suspect--confidence in the Flesh, not Faith in God. Because Faith, is substance of things Hoped for, things NOT seen. Letting go of the rail, the first thing we think is being slammed to the side or literally thrown off the ship,
or destroyed or just left to

perish.

I wonder though, how many perish, hanging onto the rail, from drowning? From not being strong enough to hold on? So maybe, it just makes better sense, to let go,

obey whatever He is telling us [you/me, etc] and trust. And those who like the waves, are working to get us to keep our focus on the waves, UP and DOWN, maybe, the key there is, to keep a consistent focal point--Jesus, the Cross, the Word,

I will follow up on this sometimes this week...for now, leaving it here....what to do, when one in life, is doing all in their power, to keep your focus, on the waves/on them--and your eyes off of God. Could this be a storm, a repeated storm maybe, for us, to stop looking to men, to stop serving men, and to start, looking towards God, no matter what? And serve HIM, no matter what? I haven't been in the mood to write much--going through one of those 'sort through' periods, or phases, Winter is ending and much is being buried for good, I hope, and New Life is seeping through the plowed soil, though it's very tender right now and kind of in need of protection and shelter.

Anyhow, I guess I sort of grew weary of writing on Christian women's or Christian forums/blogs, debating the few asinine men that would insist [and a few patriarchal women] that women are by God inferior and well, demons if you really want to get blunt honest about it, and that Men are just these ordained creatures who've been given this special male entitlement to be woman's God, Master, Surgeon, Savior, Boss, Pimp, you name it--and well, I don't know, I kept thinking about every time I would write or read what other's who are Fighting this sicko mentality, what they wrote, and I couldn't help but think,

why bother?

Seriously, why bother? Words don't change hearts, the Holy Spirit does--so all the debates and words and scriptures and teachings won't change anything, if someone has their mind made up that they are entitled to be abusive, domineering, cruel, mean, etc., then they aren't going to change unless you do one thing--give it right back to them--Sad to say, meaning, the Only thing these types of people Understand, is Violence--and that sadly, is yes, why God says, that when iniquity [evil] is full, HIS wrath comes down. Not to oppress the oppressed, but to deal with the oppressors.

But WHAT about in the meantime, we ask? What, God, do we do in the Meantime? We know we aren't to take 'revenge' and we are to trust Him, but what else?

For me, personally, it was to Completely break OFF from the church, [and I will remain Unchurched] for me to

walking away from man's rudiments, including historical reliance on certain, uh, 'doctrines' of men, and turning to prayer to God, turning to the Word [after I had been freed from reading through the lens of Religion, Misogynist doctrinal lies and well, spiritual abuse and brainwashing] and to having my Spiritual eyes opened,

To those who have ears, let them hear...what the Spirit, is Saying.

So, it basically boils down to this, Sisters,

you can Remain, in the Patriarchal Doctrinal Abusive Churches--and let your Soul wind up like this:

[I am cross posting this, a reply I made, on another forum...about why I feel the Solution needs to be Human Rights Legislation, removing the Immunity under ALL RELIGIONS, AND CULTURES, that have protected child abusers.]

OT, good example of Rod, used by God, in Exodus, it was a rod, yes, a type of staff, used for farming/sheep, etc., cattle--when God instructed the use of by Moses it was NEVER to be used on people, it was used on the rock that gushed out water, the ground, the sea, etc., so, it Is a form of discipline, metaphorically but it's in HOW it's used as a form of discipline, no where in the Bible have I seen any examples of God demanding a 'rod' to be used on a child. No where, so the example in Proverbs is metaphorical, symbolic, not literal. But there is yes, examples in the Bible of how God will chastise and sometimes harshly those who PERSIST in blatant rebellion, so it's not this God winks, winks, at sin and rebellion either therefore, the whole Rod thing in proverbs has to be the neglecting discipline will result in a child who thinks they are entitled to do as they please to others,

and that, of course is raising sociopaths. If we don't discipline the STATE sure as hell WILL, and they don't care about who doesn't like their 'methods', just being truthful here...we have children rotting in adult prisons being raped by grown men, funny don't see a lot of rallying around for THOSE KIDS,

And that really Ties into the Legal problems in how to Deal with this because the thing is, it's all under the Protection of Religion AND UH, CULTURE, oh yea Lets go there. So you go after the Pearls, ok, good, what about the 500 Other despots out there doing the same thing?

Not only that--here's where we get into another problem, you get into this whole anti-spanking thing using the Pearls as the 'agenda' and then you actually do more, to FEED the whole sympathy against the State interference which is EXACTLY what these Fundies thrive on--they Gain support, not Lose support--then it becomes the Issue between the right conservatives and the left tree hugging liberals [referring to the media rhetoric here, I'm one of those left tree hugging but more radical than liberal], and we've seen this Time and Time again.

And then MORE children are then pushed further into invisibility and the margins, it becomes all wrapped up in legal courts/and we know what happened with the Texas case--ACLU stood on the side of the Compound against the Encroachment of Police Nanny State--why Sure, hey, don't teach your kids about God but ok to rape them little girls or do FGMs, that's then a Male Entitlement under the protection of Culture and Religion...

do you See what I mean here? You also have the problem of What is defined as corporal punishment? WHO defines this, and That's where it gets a bit nasty--the UN already is now working to push laws but now here's where THAT gets interesting, the so called panel over that, are Notorious Human Right abusers OF CHILDREN, from forcing sex slavery to forced marriages to rapes, etc., to honor killings BUT see then it's ok because it's protected under certain religions/cultures and then you get the whole Human Rights card played by who has the power to use it as a weapon, when in fact, EVERY SINGLE STATE IS GUILTY AS HELL. All religions, all cultures, to some form of degree...including yes, America [our juvenile system, accessory to murder on Minors/and prison sentences is Horrid to say the least, Especially the racial bias and the application of],

so, my point here being, the PROBLEM is a lot bigger than the nutcase Pearls here, way more and so if you just go after them--and not saying here they shouldn't be held accountable, I believe they should, this issue will just Keep cropping up here and there, and more children die as a result of.

We need across the Board, Human Right laws that REMOVE THE IMMUNITY UNDER 'ANY' RELIGION, UNDER 'ANY' CULTURE, FOR CHILDREN, THAT MEANS, child abuse [excessive discipline/beatings/torture/burnings/etc], sexual abuse [in all it's forms], honor killings, forced marriages, fgms, starvation, isolation [not homeschooling there are many Liberals who homeschool who are NOT fundies, they are unschoolers and eclectic homeschoolers, the Fundie Loon lot does NOT represent all homeschoolers by far], Verbal Abuse, Ritual Abuse, etc.

Remove the Immunity that Preachers, Clerics [oh hell yea--they are preaching the Same garbage AND like the Pearls they care not, about their critics], Rabbi's, Priests, Cults, Occults, Corporations [oh yea lets go there...child slavery], Drug Cartels [child trafficking] and yes, Juvenile System and State including Mental Rehabs, etc., that have yes, Abused children--that includes Yes, Foster Care--there are Numerous cases of children who have DIED in Foster CARE with the prior Knowledge that these families were a bit off in the head---the STATE shouldn't have immunity either, and communes, etc.,

and then make the charges STICK.

See my thing is that these cases Always wind up into the whole batch pile politically against one certain group--meanwhile IGNORING THE THOUSANDS MORE SIMILAR CASES THAT ARE GOING ON RIGHT IN OUR OWN BACKYARDS and yet, Nothing done about them because you see then it's not PC,

it's either we are For children's rights, or we aren't. We are against Child Abuse, or we are not....it's not just the Pearls, and it's not just Them making a Profit off of the abuse of Children,

we need Legislation, Laws that remove immunities and 'protections' under religion and/or culture, that's All there is to it. Until we have the GUTS, to really do this,

we'll have more and more Lydia's dying, and more and more Abusing thugs, out there pushing their doctrines, and many, under the cloak of invisibility--because we only go After those that we are somewhat Safe in going after--to go after All of it,

might mean Risk. Well, revolution ain't no tea party Mao said--if we are going to Stop haters from beating children to death--we got to go after All of them--not just a select few, because we don't like their religion or what have you...[this goes just as well to the right wing too on confronting honor killings and unmarked Graves of little girls who have been yes killed in America and in Canada, these past five years, with little to NO outrage over it].

Children are NOT property...and that's bottom line. That does not mean I don't support Parental Rights, I sure do, but we need Common Sense policies and laws, not reactionary ones. And ones, across the Entire board--if that offends

to bad, that child dying in honor killing or child dying at the hands of a evil religious claiming God, to me are the same in my book--or the child being raped by several in some occultic ritual,

to hell with sympathy, fear and tokenism, I say, it's time, we cut it at the Heart of the matter--legislation,

remove the Immunity, of Child abuse, under all religions, culture, if there is profit made especially, Hold accountability for

accessory to murder, felony assault, rape, etc., and that would include those who assist/making Profit [book publishers, etc] knowing full well, they are assisting in the creating environments that abuse children [that would include porn/child porn]

See THEN, it gets a bit interesting, at how many will Back down, from that fight--I won't.
